One to One Mentoring - Kayaking Lesson 6743e

On the working day I frequented the Richmond Maritime Festival at Steveston, I observed the younger girl (on the right) using her kayaking lesson. Her tutor is on the still left.

The scene is not visually stunning but I like it. It will make me reflecting on mentoring kind of learning approach.

I even now assume the aged-fashioned mentoring form of learning is most successful (not charge successful even though). It is superior than classroom (one to quite a few) or on the net learning (quite a few to quite a few). Of program it is vital that you have a excellent mentor!

I have fulfilled with a few of the Flickr contacts who have been so form in sharing knowledge and understanding with me. They are like my mentors. I am so grateful to them. If I have manufactured any improvement in the first calendar year following joining Flickr, I am indebted to them.

Thanks so much for your remarks!
